TNR Technologies LLC ("we", "us", "our") operates LocalSync Pro ("Software"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.

1. Information We Collect

When you purchase LocalSync Pro, we collect:

• Your name, email address, and business name (provided at purchase)
• Payment records via QuickBooks (we do not store credit card numbers)
• Your license key and the MAC address of machines where the Software is activated

When the Software runs on your computer, it may transmit:

• Your machine name and backup job name — only when a backup failure occurs
• A description of the error that caused the failure
• A customer name you optionally enter in Settings

We do not collect, transmit, or have access to any files you back up. All backup data stays on your own hardware.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To deliver and activate your license
• To send invoices and renewal reminders via QuickBooks
• To notify you and TNR Technologies when a backup fails
• To provide customer support

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. QuickBooks

We use QuickBooks (Intuit Inc.) to create and manage invoices. When you purchase, your name and email are shared with QuickBooks to generate your invoice. Intuit's privacy policy applies to information processed through their platform: intuit.com/privacy

4. Data Retention

We retain your purchase and license records for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period thereafter for accounting and support purposes. You may request deletion of your personal data by contacting us.

5. Security

We store your license and account information in a secured database. Connections to our license validation server use HTTPS. We do not store payment card information.

6. Your Rights

You may contact us at any time to:

• Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your account and personal data
• Request transfer of your license to a new machine

7. Children's Privacy

LocalSync Pro is intended for business and personal use by adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The current version will always be available at this URL. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
